We, the founder members of EISHOI ORGANIZATION, due to educational, economic and rapid cultural demise that have been severely facing our community have been thinking about the ways that could help us to reduce and solve these problems. We as elites and educated members of this community have ended up coming up with an organization that bears the above name.
